We follow a minimal data retention policy:

• Content data is processed in memory and immediately deleted after PDF generation
• Error logs are retained for 30 days
• Account information is kept only while your account is active
• Payment records are retained as required by law (handled by Paddle)

All data is processed and stored within the European Union. We do not transfer data outside the EU/EEA.
