Terms of Service

    1. Company Information

    PDFtion is a service provided by Llimera Labs S.L., a company registered in Spain with CIF B75581462 and registered office at Josep Serra Carsi 22, 17, Catarroja, Valencia, Spain.

    2. Payment Processing

    Paddle.com is our Merchant of Record for all purchases. This means that when you make a purchase:

    • Your purchase contract is with Paddle.com
    • Paddle.com will handle all payment processing
    • Your billing statements will show a charge from Paddle.com
    • Paddle.com handles all sales tax and VAT compliance

    3. Refund Policy

    As PDFtion provides digital goods that are delivered immediately, we do not offer refunds. All sales are final. By purchasing our service, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

    4. Use License

    We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use PDFtion for generating PDFs from your content. You agree to:

    • Not use the service for any illegal purposes
    • Not attempt to reverse engineer the service
    • Not overwhelm or abuse our infrastructure
    • Only convert content you have the right to convert

    5. Content Ownership

    You retain all rights to your content. We do not store your content beyond the time needed to generate your PDF. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to convert any content you submit.

    6. Service Limitations

    Our service is provided "as is" without warranties. We reserve the right to:

    • Modify or discontinue the service at any time
    • Limit usage to prevent abuse
    • Refuse service to anyone for any reason
    • Change pricing at any time

    7. Subscription Terms

    Pro subscriptions are billed annually. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Paddle account, but no refunds will be issued for unused portions of your subscription period.

    8. Liability

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, Llimera Labs S.L. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

    9. Governing Law

    These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Spain.

    10. Changes to Terms

    We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
